Does mixing whey protein in milk provide enough casein

If you mix 22g whey protein in 8oz milk that should provide 6.5g of casein via the milk. Is this enough casein protein, or should I either mix 22g whey with 12oz milk or add a small amount of casein powder with the whey to get a higher casein content? Is there a proper ratio to shoot for?
