Nah. It’s not illegal, but like everything else in Philly, you need a license or permit for it, to do it, to be it, or whatever about it. twickster needs to send $40 to John Street for a doo-doo head license, and then she’ll be inspected by L&I who will want a bribe payment, and so forth.
