As far as authenticity? Looks like a telephoto shot from some strategically placed journalist, I believe it could happen, not that this one is authentic, but it could happen.

Anything like is always has about 90 percent chance of being horseshit, or horseshit-like. I’d wager there’s about 45 percent chance it’s totaly fake, and about 45 percent chance W staged it to to get some of those “Aw shucks, he’s just good ol’ boy” warm fuzzies back from an increasingly non-supporting public.
