For what it’s worth, that picture makes it look like the answer is “yes.”
It has that “I’m not only a member, I’m the president” Hair Club for Men look.
The problem, I think, is that his head forehead shrinks every time he makes an election promise he’ll have no way of keeping, so his hair has increasingly taken on a distinctly rug-like appearance.
Mr. Harper himself is real, however. That’s the disappointing part.
