Can anyone tell me if this is a standard 75 ohm twin spade connector. What was the most common type of TV hookup in 1974?

Yes, it's a standard 75 ohm spade switchbox, the same as was used for years to come, 'til coax adapters and A/V became standard. Congrats on the score; original Atari pong units are popular among dedicated console collectors. (I'm a classic gamer and former collector, but never got much into the pong units)
