I send virtual valerian, camomile tea or calming herbal med. of choice (legal or otherwise) to all U.S. posters. NO chocolate 'cos any caffeine might be just too much: it would be for me anyway, as I have been doing too much panicking about this election, and I am not even involved. This is all very strange and interesting. (I am hoping for understatement of the year/century prize.)
