Follow-up? Former Boxer Greg Page's opponent Dale Crowe: Murder trial?
Former heavyweight boxer Greg Page lost a brutal 10-round decision to one Dale Crowe in 2001. Page fought back from the brink of death, and made a partial recovery from his injuries, although partially paralyzed and wheelchair-bound.
His opponent, and deliverer of those injuries, would later find himself on the wrong side of the law in a murder case. He was indicted in 2006 for the murder of one Frank Branam in 2002. I haven't seen any updates on this story (the Crowe/Branam murder case) since 2006. Has it gone to trial? Maybe plea-bargained for a lesser charge? |

Crowe was convicted of manslaughter and robbery and started serving a 20 year sentence in May of 2006.
