What corner in Edwater is this?

This photo, for sale on several websites, is represented to have been taken in the Edgewater neighborhood during/following the blizzard of '67. Despite having spent the first 20 years of my life there, I don't recognize the building/corner. Figure it's east of the El tracks as I don't think there were any one-way streets west of Broadway in the 60's. Also, the achitecture of the building is very common on Winthrop and Kenmore. Anyone?

I used to live in Edgewater and my first instinct before I read your post was Winthrop or Kenmore just South of Bryn Maur
