Identify this movie

I just remember this one scene (and I'm hoping it's from a movie and not a television show):

A bad guy enters the room and pulls out (from under his jacket IIRC) what looks like a nunchaku -- three metal rods connected by chains. The good guy (seated behind a desk or something IIRC) is alarmed, but voila! The bad guy does something with the metal thingy and it hooks together into a clothes hanger! The bad guy puts his jacket on the hanger and hands it to his adjutant.

Well, that's all I remember.

It was Raiders...It was the scene with Rene and Marion while in Rene's tent in Tanis.
