People come up with increasingly stupid ideas for polls, do you worry about that?

You probably should. It may mean that the whole idea is a bad one. Not to bias my totally valid poll or anything.

It is getting really annoying.

Should we discourage everything that annoys anyone?

Fear Itself- could you please point to where I said we should discourage anyone?

Oh, you can’t?

Do you have a comment on the original question?

Can you point to where I claimed you did?

Oh, you can’t?

I can point. Can we have a poll about that?

Polls for everyone!

I don’t get all the Mafia and Feud games in the Game Room. So I don’t go there.

Hey are you getting up me or what?

Maybe I should make a poll about it.

I don’t mind normal polls, but IMO not every idle/rhetorical/humorous question that pops out of someone’s head deserves a poll. Especially when, in creating the poll, they offer up a bunch of jokey answers that make it clear that they have no interest in the poll itself, and just want a dialogue on the question… which can easily be done by asking the question sans poll.

I thought this was about bears. the answer is no. Everyone knows that bears are Catholic. (no offense, was raised Catholic myself).

I can’t answer the poll as it is too general. Different bears living in different habitats shit in different places. The odds of your average polar bear shitting in the woods is fairly low. On the other hand the odds of your average California black bear shitting in the woods is pretty high ( a few might prefer meadows, but that seems rather exposed ).

In the future please be more specific or at least allow for more choices when designing your bear shitting polls. Thank you.

When responding to the poll, are we supposed to respond to the question in the thread title, and assume the poll question is rhetorical, or respond to the poll question and assume the thread title is rhetorical? I happen to think the former is more interesting, so that is how I have voted. If I am wrong, please move one of the “no” answers to the “yes” column.

Polar bears don’t. I’m disappointed you neglected to include that option.

Nah. If no one likes it, it will quickly disappear to the bottom of the page.

I can’t imagine worrying about anything on a message board.

I do find it rather amusing, however, that people vote in a poll and then make a post in order to tell everyone how they voted.
