I got an email from the Chair of... something or other. Chamber of Commerce? Something. Anyway, it contained a link to a Facebook page with contemporary and vintage photos from where I live.

I miss the AV sometimes though. I love the climate up here. But sometimes I'd like the openness and heat of the desert.

Of course, I never saw bald eagles flying over my house in Lancaster.

It's all changed there now, and not in a good way. I've lived in Colorado for almost 20 years and most of my family moved here. It's a high desert climate, but not quite as hot in the summers and a little colder and snowier in the winter, but usually NO WIND.
