Did Marvel Comics Wolverine's ears ever get bigger than this?

This is the biggest I can recall his ears ever getting. Any bigger??

I'm sure Logan's ears have always been the same size. His cowl, OTOH, has varied by artist over the years.

Like the ears on Batman's cowl, the ones on Wolverine's can get positively baroque (and so can his hair, which frequently matches his cowl). Sam Keith is...ah...big on that.

Here is a pretty good example of Keith doing it with the hair.

Haven't found a good cowl shot, yet.

I've seen it larger. There's a promo picture of him circa the Inferno special event where he's slightly possessed by demons. It's a group shot, I can't seem to find it online now.

In the "Wolverine and Havok: Meltdown" ls, his cowl flaps were so long and thin he looked a bit like a medieval jester.

Wasn't his hairdo originally just a "hat hair" joke, from wearing the cowl of his costume?

Found it. Cover to X-Factor 36. I can't tell which is longer, this or the Meltdown.

He looks kind of like John Byrne's Lara (but with a cigar).
