I recall seeing a cartoon on Irish television around about 1990 and I can’t recall all the details but it had a young Salvador Dalí staying I think at an inventor’s house. Dalí is startled to notice towels hanging on the clothes line with clocks on them that actually work. I think the animation was French, maybe Spanish and from my recollection it seemed to be 1970s, perhaps early 1980s, it could even I suppose have been late '60s. I don’t recall it being an amazing cartoon I’d just like to see it again. RTÉ, the local broadcaster, often aired one off cartoons during the '70s, '80s and early '90s. Anyone know what the hell I’m on about?
I’m going to give this a bump. I’m hoping my brain didn’t make the cartoon up.
