July Chicago Vacation

I am looking at bringing my boys back to Chicago this summer for our vacation but finding available hotels a little scarce, and I am not just talking about Downtown, last time we stayed in Itasca and even out that far they are scarce. The dates I am looking at are roughly July 6th thru July 15th. Is there a major event going on at that time in the area?

Thanks for the link Tim. yea I was on Hotels.com. Must have searched wrong or something because I see plenty of places now.
