Today’s (May 8th) Google doodle is a tribute to Saul Bass incorporating his movie title animations. I’m recognizing most, but not all including the opening one. Let’s see if we can complete the list.

This was done without looking anything up do, did I get any wrong? What are the two I don’t recognize?

Bonus question: Is there a connection between any of the above and Brubeck’s Unsquare Dance?

Thank you both. Looks like I overran with Advice and Consent. There’s no color in it at all. Guess I can’t tell the difference between Federalist and Roman architecture.

I don’t know, but the vibe is exactly right for Saul Bass’s visual style.
