Just wondering if it's possible to convert the locks in my 2001 Pontiac Sunfire (Canadian) to work automatically?

I could have had them when I bought the car, but it meant I had to buy a whole heap of extras I didn't want for many hundreds of dollars more..

Somebody told me that some features on cars are installed in every car, just only enabled in some and not others.. this saves money & time..

Any thoughts?

I'm surprised nobody has responded yet. There are kits that let you do that, but they run from about 30 to several hundred dollars. See J. C. Jipme

It doesn't seem worth the bother or expense, but that's just my opinion.
