Anybody remember this made-for-TV (or at least I saw it on TV)? It involved a middle-aged women finding out her best friend from college dying. When she and her husband go to the friends hometown she’s accosted by residents wanting to know what she plans on doing about the sewer system 
? She meets her friend’s lawyer and discovers that for some bizarre reason her family actually owned the entire town and the friend left it to her in her will. I think there’s a murder mystery involved since there were alot of scenes with her and the sheriff.
