Hayley Williams, lead singer of the band Paramore, in both this picture and in her animated performance in Guitar Hero World Tour, is holding a microphone that looks for all the world like a dildo (moreso on GHWT than in that picture).

You need to magnify the image. It’s a perfectly normal snow cone style mike with an XLR adapter on it. The entire handle and adapter are wrapped with yellow electrical tape.
