So I’ve booked a trip to downtown Chicago for work the week after Thanksgiving and most of the hotels are all booked up and/or charging much higher prices than usual. What’s going on that I have to look forward to that week? 
It’s probably the Radiological Society’s meeting at McCormick Place from the 25th to 30th. Attendance looks to be over 50,000.
