I honestly believe Cox has tampered with my internet connection trying to get me to upgrade to whatever upgrade restores it to what it was originally. It was lightning fast when I got it years ago, not when downloading, it crawls at times. But if I sign up for the latest upgrade, I’ll get back what I had. Or something like that.
