2.5 kilos of vegemite

I think peanut butter and honey and banana slices sandwiches are yummy.

I think that was Elvis’ fav.

BlahMan- I think your forgotten cheese name may be Limberger.
Smells like shite…but very worshipped by many.

what are some other weird concoctions can we think of…hmmmmm

my mum used to make us a lunch treat, I always loved.
(OK brace yourself folks…)
tunafish, cottage cheese, tomato slices and french salad dressing.
hahaha
(hides under table)

Note the plain fear on my face before? And the utter revulsion after? That stuff is vile. Vile, I tell you. As vile and as black as the withered, dessicated souls of the men and women who make it. It’s like spreading semen on toast, only it looks ickier, and it tastes ickier, and it feels ickier.

Man, those are some bad pictures of me. I don’t normally look that awful. It’s just the Vegemite’s dark, evil influences. Ugh.

(Although, Qadgop, since you’re into it, I’d highly suggest the “Vegemite and Sultana soup” I saw on the Ice Dream - post-winter-olympics-coverage television show. It looked … sentient. Like a thick, slimy, sentient sludge that is about two minutes and a lightning bolt away from evolving into those things that live in your eyelashes and eat your skin and wastes … Perhaps you’d like it.)

Acc. to a show on Elvis (MHSRIP) that I saw a few weeks back, Elvis liked grilled peanut butter and banana sandwiches, spread thick with mayonnaise.

Is it any wonder the man keeled over??

Personally, I recommend peanut butter and bananas on whole wheat.

Aaaaaak! I prefer roofing tar on noodles, thanks.

I think an experiment was done once which proved that Americans were disgusted by 1 part vegemite per billion parts anything else, including roofing tar on noodles.

Seriously, I’m into most things British, Irish, and Australian, but I’d rather…okay, yeah, eat roofing tar on noodles than vegemite.

Again, Aaaaaaak!

I dunno about that, but definitely the line, *on a hippie trail, head full of zombie *fits your criteria. Or maybe he was just smoking too much vegemite.

I’m surprised nobody dug up Lucy and her “Vita-Meata-Vegeman” commercial!

Actually, it’s the other way around.

Gwyllian,

Yes Limburger it is…Ive eaten that like 10 times, but only Puked twice…of course the other 8 times I was really soused (and let me just say Da ‘Skunk’ Cheese tasted VERY wonderfull those 8 times…)

Oh and also, my ‘mum’ just gave me your concaction: tunafish, cottage cheese, tomato slices and french salad dressing…All I have to say is ‘D@mn that rocks, you GOTTA try it’!!!
Finally:

Ive gone to EVERY supermarket within 50 miles, none of them even know what Vegimite is :frowning: … SO, does anyone know of a way to make a Vegimite rip-off? (ie as close to possible to how Vegimtite tastes?) I am a home (alchohol) Brewing hobbyist, plus, I have plenty of Chemistry experience (I make half-way decent fireworks…) Ie I Think I could handle it… Links would be really good…

-Or if the OP of this thread would send me his/her left over Vegimite, that would be REALLY, REALLY wonderfull…
-AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH ME WANT VEGIMITE!!!

-Blah

Right movie, wrong actress.

COCB was Daryl Hannah (i.e. Blade Runner, Splash, Roxanne, Grumpy Old Men, Grumpier Old Men)

Baywatch/Chaz was Erika Eleniak (E.T., Beverly Hillbillies, Playboy playmate).

HMMMM

I dont know if we’re talking about the same movie, I coulda swarn it was the chaz chic…Are you talking about the movie where the young blond haired girl is ‘adopted’ into the dark haired neanderthal looking clan? All I remember really is the scantilly clad, blond hottie twirlling around in the woods…

-Blah

Yep. Right movie. Wrong chick.
