Which cases in the 2003-2004 Supreme Court Docket are you watching ? and the case you are watching how do you think it will be decided ?
I’m interested in what they do with IDSA v. St Louis County. I expect they will decide not to hear it (as they did in AAMA v. Kendrick), but it would be cool if they took it up just to get jurisdictions to knock it off with stupid laws against video games.
