2006 Valentines Exchange

I was happy to send it. I hope it brightened your day up there. Thanks for everything you do for the rest of us.

I just wanted to add my voice to the others in thanking BrattiAtti for taking this all on and doing it so well.

And I’m glad to know that my feeble attempts at artistry were liked. :o I only hope that everyone I sent one to got it. Damnable postal service.
Now I’m off to try my own hand at this sort of thing. If anyone is looking for me, I’ll be over by the Pot O’ Gold, drumming up shamrocks and leprechauns to embellish our love for St. Paddy. Come on over for a green pint… it’s all so magickally delicious!
:stuck_out_tongue:

OK - I’m not at home, so I can’t remember all of them, but I’m currently using my pretty butterfly ribbon as a book mark, and my candy hearts all came through OK, and two of the store-bought ones just killed me (the hairball one and the box of candies one). And whoever (mrs. further?) sent the one with the pictures of the kitties on it wins my vote for cutest ('cause it had KITTIES!!!).

I love the love around here! My husband was, once again, a little confused about random strangers sending each other valenties, but once he saw them, he kind of got it. And then he thought it was really cool.

amarinth’s card came today! Yippee! I love this way of extending holidays out over a period of time. It just so rocks. And I do love the hearts made of velum. That stuff is something I love and only wish I had some legitimate reason to use it.

Thank you all.

I sent kitties. That was the “theme” I mentioned eariler in the thread. I hope every one likes them.

my valentine ribbon was nabbed by malenka the miraculous. got it back though, with fang decorations added.

Got two today – a nice homemade one from Amarinth and a very funny one with a nice note from Manny L.

Got a very sophisticated homemade bookmark from rocking chair today, so who sent me the cool bookmark with the dried flowers?
