- Subtract the time showing on the screen from 90. But keep in mind, halfs will generally run 2 or 4 minutes long, depending on how much the ref has stopped the clock.

An excellent result for the US though and they should have a very good chance now of making it to the next round. The Slovenia game is obviously crucial.

Can’t say I’m surprised by the draw as I was well aware of how competitive this American squad is. Certainly not WC Champion material, but on any given day a handful for anyone.
As for England, Casillas has it right – as did I when I told RNATB the same thing last year. Without a world class keeper only Brazil can win; and they have one this time around in Julio Cesar.
