No offense to the late Ms Davis, but for those of you trying to remember who she was in The Marvelous Mrs Maisel
Acting is still acting, so rest in peace nonetheless.
On another note, and following on from the death of Sophie Kinsella:

On another note, and following on from the death of Sophie Kinsella:
Sophia Kinsella dead at 55. Points for myself and others…
Plastic surgery enthusiast Mary Magdalene (real name Denise Jarvis) has died at 33 after a fall from a ninth-story high rise.
She famously had ELEVEN POUND (each) breast implants. One of them exploded at one point, and she was left with a “uniboob.”
Damn. Titan/Wizard/Demon was one of my favorite trilogies.
UK comedian Stanley Baxter managed to make it to 99.
Thanks for keeping us abreast of this situation.
mmm
YE GODS! I’m surprised the boob exploding didn’t kill her.
I’m surprised the airbags didn’t save her.
It just busted?
Already counted and noted.
Zed is dead…
Peter Greene, the actor known for playing villains and criminals, including in his role as Zed in “Pulp Fiction,” died at his New York City home Friday, his manager confirmed. He was 60.
Greene was found dead inside his Lower East Side apartment, manager Gregg Edwards said. He did not disclose a cause of death.
I ran in here to post that.
Dick Van Dyke has failed to die and has now run out of points.
He is available for the Life Pool, though.
I think Dick Van Dyke’s birthday should be commemorated in all future Death Pools as “Frustration Day” - to honor all contestants who kept posting the same celebrity years after year, only to have them never die.
I’ve played Richard O’Sullivan 17 times since 2007. Sooner or later, one of us has to go.
At this point, you have to keep going. I mean, you know the moment you let it go, he’ll die. You are saving his life!!!
Goddam eternalists. I hope I never become famous, lest people keep making me live forever.
Fair enough, I do not disagree. It is late enough in the year to be well met. But as others have said, really old people are well-practiced in the art of not dying and seem to have become really adept at it.
Rescue personnel have responded to 2 deaths at the home of Rob Reiner. The names of the decedents have not been released, but their ages match that of Rob and his wife.
