The link claims they grow up to 30 pounds, thats a pretty damn big housecat. Cats are already pretty ruthless predators WRT local wildlife, cranking that up to a 50% bigger animal could add small dogs to the menu.

A cat that shows up to the door with a Yorkie or a Chihuahua in his mouth is a cat worth paying $22K for.
