I’m not too sure either, but I’m guessing she is offering him some refreshments.
The 4th one (Japanese woman on a train) is a chindogu I think, and invention which isn’t really intended to be used.
Some aren’t really laziness, like the newspaper. And you know that the Cutting Class review took some effort, when it is so much easier to steal IMDB’s synopsis by paraphrasing.
While the Fitness center with the escalator make a s funny joke, there are actually good reasons for having such a thing as many fitness centers also have physical therapy centers and some of those folks might not have such an easy time with the stairs.
Some of those are from the houses of horders and other people with mental issues.
For the record, we have a Street Rd in Philly. Its named after someone named ‘Street’.

Then I figured it wasn’t worth it, so I stopped.
But then I looked again. She’s giving him cheese balls.
The computer desk with the cigarette butts made me throw up in my mouth a little bit.
What’s with the escalator one? After the car on the island? There’s an unholy amount of people on it, but isn’t that typical laziness?

The only reason I can think of for the car on the island is that maybe a disabled person lives there. I hope that’s not the person who maintains the lighthouse.
There’s also a long line of people waiting to use the escalator rather than taking the stairs. Though I agree, that really is typical laziness (unless the escalator is very short - but that doesn’t look to be the case).
There’s a fairly long queue for the escalator, and it’s a pretty short flight of stairs. Getting in that line might get you to the beginning of the escalator by the time someone arriving at the same time reached the top of the stairs - plus the choice is to stand asses-to-elbows jammed in with escalator users, or walk up the stairs in relative comfort.
The firewall hear blocks the link as being R rated. I assume that it’s the main site that’s somehow R rated. I’m having trouble imagining R rated laziness beyond maybe watching the tube naked.
I would call the overweight/handicapped person on the motor chair who is mowing the lawn resourceful. They’re implying s/he’s too lazy to walk to mow. I’d say s/he’s handicapped yet still gets out to mow the lawn. Unlike my neighbor who pretends to be disabled to collect disability (by his own admission) and won’t take care of his yard.
I’m not following what’s wrong with picture of the fence blocking the parking lot just above the L.A. Fitness picture.
I guess it’s that whoever put up the fence couldn’t be bothered to cover the entire width of the lot.
The likeliest explanation is that the boat is delivering supplies. I can see how the lighthouse keeper might not want to carry twenty boxes of supplies across the island by hand.
But it still looks funny.
