I am assuming the question that has been swallowed by the æther of the internet was “What is the meaning of that phrase from the song of that title by Chicago?”
It is simply casual speech for twenty-five or (twenty-)six minutes before 4:00 in the morning when the singer cannot sleep for the troubles on his mind.
An old girlfriend tried to convince me that it was about sex. The singer lost 19 minutes somewhere in the night.
I on the other hand was convinced it was about two lovers having an argument in the middle of the night and that he got so bent out of shape that he lost track of time.
We had great sex and great arguments. So maybe the song is about both!
