The 30th anniversary of the kidnap, rape and murder of six year old Kylie Maybury in Melbourne, Australia was a few weeks ago.
Sadly, unlike Karmein Chan and Sheree Beasley, Kylie Maybury is not a household name in Melbourne.
Those of us who care about what was done to her are incredibly lucky that Keith Moor, the original reporter on the murder back in 1984 for The Herald, is still working for its’ successor, the Herald Sun. I checked The Age and there was no 30th anniversary article for Kylie in that newspaper.
