They say Ortega was at Casa Cuba just last week.
The current president of Casa Cuba said Ortega had been trying to recruit people from here to go with him to take up arms against the Cuban Government.

If they actually gather facts before making a public pronouncement that would be 180 degrees from how DHS handled Minneapolis.
