As others have pointed out, Trumps approval has been, (thankfully) more or less flat since he started dropping bombs. The most recent increase in his approval came around the first week of April and was probably caused by the confirmation of Gorsuch. Before that his biggest bump was the state of the union address. Bsically he gets a bump when he manages to do something that normal presidents would take for granted.

The question here is sincere. Why do people keep supporting a guy who won’t keep his promises, and shows at every step that he is both evil and incompetent? Why did they even approve of someone who goes so fundamentally against the morals our society claims to espouse?
