Damn - I really like that stuff. It’s a good thing I don’t read labels that much or I would have horrified myself long ago.
The olive oil will save you every time - a heavy insistence on terribly low-fat eating isn’t as healthy as it might sound.
The body needs a certain amount of the ‘good’ fat to function (silly things like joint and cartilage health, for one) and olive oil is an excellent source.
(And no, drizzling a little olive oil on a McDonalds burger doesn’t count)
Unfortunately, the Jack In The Box websie is undergoing menu retooling. Otherwise I’d be able to provide you with the link showing that the Ultimate Cheeseburger has 1,070 calories and 79 grams of fat. And I’m pretty sure its not the “healthy” fat.
Hey, you’re forgetting about Haagan-Daaz!! Anybody else ever downed a couple of pints? They’re like 80 grams EACH. Thank goodness Hershey’s chocolate syrup is fat free! hahaha! Or one pint after pizza, salad, with 1000 dressing… yum yum! I’m hungry!
Wimps. A little tapenade, a few cheesy poofs, a couple pounds of M&M’s–big deal. Throw in a Super Size Big Mac Combo thing and a case of beer and we’ll talk.
…there was that time in college that I was in a pizza eating contest. I ate a whole 16" pepperoni and half a 16" jalapeño pizza in about 12 minutes. Had to be some fat in those monsters. Oh, and I won $50 for my efforts, BTW.
