Discerning and intelligent is not enough to get you in the top 5, bubba. Hell, even roger thornhill seems pretty discerning and intelligent to me.
I won’t say I’ve never done a vanity search, but that’s not what happened this time. I was just killing time in IMHO. Imagine my surprise when I came up first on my favorite poster’s list of famous dopers! Wow!
The truth about my rock & roll lifestyle is that I’m also gainfully employed in a Monday-Friday 9-5 type of way. If you want to scan my 100+ posts and look for obvious contradictions…well, I’d be flattered. Then I’d start a pit rant about how a poster I’ve looked up to & enjoyed for years doesn’t believe how much I rock, or thinks I live some kind of strange vanity-search-driven-double life, or even that I’m not a New Yorker.
For the record…I’m hungover. Because Sunday nights are for boozin’.
