Good suggestions so far, but I want to add one more piece of advice:
Start slowly and build your way up.
I’m serious. If you try to do 30 minutes on the bike + 20 minutes of rowing + pushups + a couple more exercises, you’ll probably be able to your first day. However, you will be in a lot of pain for the next couple of days as all of you muscles rebel from the vastly-increased workload.
Don’t get me wrong, you’re going to be sore anyway, especially for the first couple of weeks. But it’ll be a lot more pleasant for you if you work into it slowly (start at about half of your intended workout, build up to the full thing over the course of a month or two).
