Were the crimes the teachers committed considered crimes by the state of Arizona?
Were they considered crimes by the federal government of the US?
Were they considered crimes in any jurisdiction at all in the US?
Did the crimes they commit require specialized skills?
Are they still committing crimes, while employed as teachers?
