Last night my brother his wife my son and his missus came round and brought prezzies. yay!

Mike, my bro, bought me a Peacoat, summat I’ve often meant to buy but for some reason I never got around to it. The weather here is bitter so good for Mike.

My sprog bought me an electric carving knife (I’ve now got 3)

They then took me for a scoff at my fave Italian Rest. and forced vast quantities of pasta and red wine down my frote :slight_smile:

It’s safe to say that this morning I’m feeling a tad fragile

Me mum (English translation: my mother) was also born during a Luftwaffe air raid, or so my grandfather claimed. She was born a couple of months before you, and about 150 miles south. But between the two of you, it was more than the Hun could stand.
