As I said, that combination of words seems to mean something different to you than it would to anyone else in the world. Yojimbo is correct that to most people, that means ‘fantically Muslim’ and would describe the leadership of Iran and very clearly not describe Saddam.

Saddam was a fanatical dictator, sure. And he’s nominally a Muslim. But when you say “fanatical Muslim”, as Marley23 points out, it means something quite different. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and retract my backpedeling accusation, and just assume that you have a poor grasp of the English language. So poor as to mislead.
