I had to ask my younger sister for help with some of these, so if this list places at all my sis should get some credit. I had no clue as to #’s 1,2, 5, and 8, so I asked what she thought most likely. Sis thought it was a cool contest, so maybe we’ve gained a lurker. Can guests play? If so, I could get her registered for a guest membership, to see if she likes the SDMB overall.
I wish #7 was a “best” film, not a “most popular choice film” I so wanted to put down Schindler’s List. I didn’t like most of the people in “The Ship That Took Too Long to Sink” Most especially I didn’t like Rose.

Conch was the answer to “name a kind of shell” in an earlier Feud. Almost everyone answered conch.

I’ll allow flannel shirts as “the grunge look.” I answered Doc Martens, which could have been part of the look, but were also worn by other types of people, so they won’t be included.
