93 Celebrity needs steering fluid...but I can't find the thingy!

I just got this beautiful piece of machinery when my 2 other beautiful pieces of machinery both broke down within 48 hours. It was cheap, I was in a hurry, and it looks like it will get me there-and-back for a few months, at least.
This morning it started making that whiny sound that a car makes when it needs power steering fluid. Eventually, it got harder and harder to steer. So I bought the power steering fluid and I’m all ready to put it in–but I cannot for the life of me find a place to put it.
I see the oil place, the water/coolant place, the brake fluid place…but no power steering fluid place.
Can anyone advise?
Best,
karol

The power steering pump is somewhere on the front of the engine. There is a belt that drives it. It should have a 2" or so cap on it with a dip indicator of fluid level attached to the underside of the cap.

The whiny sound is likely the v belt driving the power steering pump. The belt should probably be replaced.

Some one that knows that particular Chevy will be along to give you better advice.

I found it! I found it!
No idea if adding fluid worked yet; I’ll know more tomorrow.
It’s hard telling what type of work this car needs, but as I said…cheap and it’ll get me back and forth for a bit.

2.8l V-6?

It’ll blow a head gasket. I’m actually surprised it’s still on the road. Not a lot of them went past 10 years.
