An Internet search turns up dozens of different sites that repeat the factoid, most of which have exactly the same wording. Of course none of them gives a source. One site says Florida also has a missionary-only law. Another site says it is illegal in Washington State to have sex with a virgin, including on the wedding night.
If there ever was such a law in Washington, I suspect it would have been repealed in 1993 when (according to this site) the sodomy law was repealed there.
