Kids got stuck in trees pretty often in my generation. Today, they rarely get to play unsupervised and this sort of thing doesn’t happen.
He did a heck of a good job at getting stuck. I loved climbing trees too, but would have never gone past that fork in the branches. That limb he’s on is much too thin. I guess he realized it a bit late.
Glad he didn’t join the broken bone club. A lot of former tree climbers in my generation are past members.
The kid will be the talk of the school for awhile. He had the firetruck and a utility electric truck respond.
