My bad, it was a house built for Jewish people. For some reason I thought it was Mormon because it’s in Utah.
My cousin is strictly Kosher. His house has one kitchen, but the kitchen has two refrigerators, two sinks, and two dishwashers. He’s a doctor, so he can afford it, I guess.
In that case, my guess is the two kitchens (or the two refrigerators, sinks and dishwashers) are to ensure strict separation between meat-based foods and dairy-based foods, rather than one being for pork and the other not.
