I use “feh” to express contempt.
Meh I use to describe something that puts me neither up nor down. Basically If you don’t care about something it’s “meh” and if someone shows you something and you think it’s lacklustre, completely run-of-the-mill or worse, then that also gets a “meh”
Didn’t Seinfeld say it often enough?
“Meh” would be a physical shrug.
“Feh” would be that gesture where you hold up your hands then limply fling them forward and downward saying “AaaaaaRAAAGH!” in a Jerry Stiller-ish manner.

I’d say it ranks somewhere between a “Huh” and a “Pfft”.
