Yes. Everyone makes the same amount (a figure that hovers near or at the minimum wage line). Regardless of your day-to-day duties, you are officially a “Brand Representative”, and the pay structure, benefits, and advancement opportunities are the same.
I performed pretty much any of the tasks that one would perform while in the employ of A&F (cashiering, folding clothes, greeting, stockroom organizing), as did most of my fellow associates. The only thing I will say is that sometimes the girls would complain when they had to work in the stockroom, and depending on the manager on duty, they would sometimes be granted a reprieve.
Lastly, as far as offering attractive girls applications, this was definitely standard practice by myself and my cronies, but I don’t think that it’s mandated by anything other than the hormonal makeup of gentleman aged 18-24 years.
Reason #568 why I cannot stand this brand.

Just for the sake of being informed, I checked out A&F stock price. They are at $24.35/share, and they are making a TON of money ($2.05/share)! So, whatever you think of them, they are obscenely profitable.I guess nude teenagers must sell clothes!
