Was reading in Entertainment Weekly about the recent Oscars. They mentioned that Peter Coyote was once a member of the Diggers. Now, given the entertainment press’ tendency to present minor factoids without context, that could mean that he hung out with them for a week when he was eighteen, but it’s cool that someone thought it worth mentioning.
