Black was a former financial regulator who was in charge during the S & L crisis. This is his interview on Moyers discussing what should have and could have been done. He sees hope if we act properly now. Otherwise we go into a financial doldrum like the Japanese did. He feels all the people involved in the real estate and subsequent frauds should be broomed and probably prosecuted. We need to get on the right track. We need to stop the cover ups.
