Thanks to the Gutenberg project, I downloaded the text of Gulliver’s Travels. However I have a few problems reading it. The 18th century English is translatable but not easy to read; and I’m wondering if a lot of 250 year-old satire is whooshing over my head. Any good commentaries for a modern reader to go with it?
You could try The Annotated Gulliver’s Travels, where the annotations are by Isaac Asimov.
