A good logging program for AIM?

I’ve been using Trillian* for a while now, but I’d like to go back to using AOL Instant Messenger. Does anyone know of any programs that allow you to log IMs? Any other bells and whistles are fine. Also… the cheaper the better.

  • For those who don’t know, Trillian is one of those programs that allows you to use multiple chat clients without opening multiple programs.

I use My IM (http://home.rochester.rr.com/artcfox/MyIM/); It’s not compatible with the latest version of AIM, but works wonderfully with 4.8.2790. You can download that on the MyIM site, also. I use it primarily for the logging and have not been disappointed.

DeadAim costs $4.99 (USA). The version I have (not the newest) logs IMs, lets you sign in with more than one screen name at the same time, puts all your IMs in one window (with tabs for each person that you’re talking to) and a few other features.

you can just file->save aim conversations if you don’t mind
