A good proofreader is find to hard.

When running an article on a typo, shouldn’t you run it by an experienced proofreader first?

What’s wrong with the article?

Ooooh, it’s going to bug me until you tell me.

I saw one on the BBC news site this morning, but when I refreshed the page, it had been corrected. It was something like ‘sight’ instead of ‘cite’. They also had a headline today: ‘German raise retirement age’, which now reads ‘German MPs raise retirement age’.

There’s a blog dedicated to spotting these, and they do screen captures.

Check the date.

Ha ha! Thanks. And here I thought I was such a careful reader.
