A good thing, and a bad thing.

I just got a good 20 minute workout carrying things up and down the stairs, and worked up a good sweat.:slight_smile: health +1

What I was carrying was year long build up of The hundreds of beer bottles I have been storing in the corner out to the car to take for recycling. Health -100

Walking for 5 hours - Health + 200.

Not being able to walk for days due to blister and a knackered ankle - Health +/- 0 miss 4 goes.
